  • A lifestyle audit, looking at activity, nutrition and lifestyle to ensure we are focussed on the most appropriate areas.
  • A comprehensive assessment using a modified version of our in person testing, to ensure the solution is as specific to you as possible.
  • A bespoke training plan designed around your specific needs and any limitations.
  • A bespoke nutrition plan that fits in with your goals and lifestyle.
  • Managed cardio and activity to ensure maximum success from your plan.
  • Weekly Email check-ins with updates as required.
  • This package has a commitment period of 3 months, this is the minimum timeframe required to see viable results.

Online Nutrition Coaching

Nutrition only coaching
Online Nutrition coaching with activity management. This plan is for those who have a training program already but still need the nutritional and activity management coaching to ensure success. 12 week nutrition only coaching from £240
This package includes-
  • A lifestyle audit, looking at your current training plan, activity, nutrition and lifestyle to ensure we are focussed on the most appropriate areas.
  • A bespoke nutrition plan that fits in with your goals and lifestyle.
  • Managed cardio and activity to ensure maximum success from your plan.
  • Weekly Email check-ins with updates as required.
  • This package has a commitment period of 3 months, this is the minimum timeframe required to see viable results.
  • This package includes no training plan but I will make suggestions based on your current training program and will tailor nutrition appropriately.

Contest Prep

Getting stage lean isn't for everyone, it involves taking things to extremes, it's not the same as getting ready for a beach holiday or a photoshoot. If we don't feel that you are in a good position to take on a contest prep (health, emotional stability) we will be very honest with you.

  • A lifestyle audit, looking at activity, nutrition and lifestyle to ensure we are focussed on the most appropriate areas.
  • A comprehensive assessment using a modified version of our in person testing, to ensure the solution is as specific to you as possible.
  • A bespoke training plan designed around your specific needs and any limitations. with the comp prep package this feature is on an as required basis, if you are comfortable with programming your own training I will tailor your nutrition to match and make suggestions as required, if you are not I will take complete control and program for you.
  • A bespoke nutrition plan that fits in with your goals and lifestyle.
  • Managed cardio and activity to ensure maximum success from your plan.
  • Weekly Email check-ins with updates as required.
  • This package has a commitment period of 16 weeks however it is very strenuously suggested that you plan for a further 4 weeks of coaching after the show to minimise the chances of negative post show behaviours.
